How CocoCubs gets to your cub — clearly, gently, and on time.

Orders are hand-checked and packed within 1–3 business days before they ship.

5–7 business days across India once your parcel is on its way.

Orders above ₹999 ship free. Standard shipping is a flat ₹99 for smaller orders.

Available on orders above ₹499. Adds a ₹50 COD handling charge at checkout.

We ship via Delhivery, Shiprocket — your tracking link arrives the moment your parcel is collected.

Track your order via WhatsApp or email after dispatch.

· Customized orders may require additional preparation time and are usually delivered within 7–10 working days.

· Delivery Delays
· While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

· Festivals or high order volumes
· Courier partner issues
· Remote location accessibility
· Incorrect Address
· Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Coco Cubs will not be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
· Damaged or Missing Orders
· If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
· Order number
· Photos/videos of the package
· We will assist you as quickly as possible.
